Our accessories are artisan luxury items. Once you purchase your order, they are then

hand-made and bespoke to your specifications. This is our processes in meeting high demand

and ensuring you get the quality you pay for. Once your items are made they will then

be sealed and delivered to you.

 

 

Shipping

 

Hemsley London ships worldwide through Fast Lane and their collaborators. The shipping calculator provided when placing an order will offer you an estimation of your delivery fee.

 

 

 

Order tracking

 

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming your order.

The e-mail will include a tracking number that will help you track your order through the Fast Lane website (http://www.wedelivertheworld.co.uk/). Therefore, it is important that you enter your real e-mail address when placing your order. 

 

 

 

Cancellations

 

Unfortunately cancellations are not permitted once the order is processed. If you do not

want a processed order you may return it once shipped. Alternatively, you can contact

our Customer Service team through customercare@hemsleylondon.com.

 

 

 

Returns

 

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact sales@hemsleylondon.com to gain a returns number along with further instruction for shipment. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

 

Payment

 

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card

information. You can either pay using PayPal Express or a Bank Deposit.

Damaged goods

 

If your order suffers any damage while being shipped to your selected address we will run with the costs and we will replace the damaged product/s. On the contrary, it is your responsibility to make sure the products arrive to us in good conditions when returning an order
