The brand’s Ready-To-Wear debut saw the designer’s highly collaborative approach, shedding the brutalism and minimalism of previous accessories-led collections, amplifying freedom, fun and fearlessness, ideas and codes that have defined the brand since its inception.
The London College of Fashion graduate, now based in Hackney returns to the scene after honing her craft at some of London’s most innovative fashion houses, including roles as Alexander Mc Queen, Martine Rose and Roland Mouret.
Hemsleys collections have received media coverage worldwide, garnering attention from The Times, The Telegraph and the Evening Standard and was featured in fashion bibles Vogue Italia and Vogue Japan. Hemsley’s collection was bought by international retailers, including Galeries Lafayette France, Penelope Italy and Farfetch in the UK.
The brand stands in firm advocacy for Black Lives Matter and Equal Human rights.
