Refund policy

-Refunds processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item.

-Returns accepted up to 7 days after delivery for unused, original condition items. Once the product has been returned to the warehouse, the cost will be reimbursed. Customers are liable for return shipping costs.

-Report damaged orders promptly at info@hemsleylondon.com with order number and photo.

-Exchange requests must be made within 10days.
