Order Process
-All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding pre-orders.
-Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days upon arrival in stock.
-Changes to orders are not possible after shipping. For assistance, contact us at info@hemsleylondon.com.
-Please note that the processing time excludes weekends and public holidays
-In case of high order volume or unforseen circumstances, processing items may be extended. Customers will be notified promptly in such situations.
Order Changes
Once an order has been shipped, changes to the order, including item additions, removals, or address modifications, are not possible.
We recommend to change or cancel the items within 1 hour of order placement.
Order Status
-Check the status with the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
-Allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
-If no email is received, check spam or contact us at info@hemsleylondon.com with name and order number.
